On Saturday, June 4 Brookline is in for a treat as it celebrates the 1st Brookline Porchfest together with the 38th annual Coolidge Corner Arts Festival.
Coolidge Corner Arts Festival! High end craft and arts festival on Saturday, June 4 10-6pm in the grounds of the Devotion School, Harvard St, Brookline
New this year:
- Dine on delicious selections from members of the Boston Food Truck Alliance
- Have a drink in the wine and beer garden provided by Hive.
- Shop while listening to DJ Magic Mark, 12pm – 6pm
- Stay for the jazz, we are the last stop on the first annual Brookline Porch Fest.

Thursday, June 2
5:30-6:15pm – Ryan Sweezey
Infectious melodies, killer voice, and outstanding guitar skills, Ryan Sweezey is on the move, delivering consistently excellent folk/rock at venues around Boston. A recent Northeastern grad, Ryan is getting noticed by aficionados and the press – catch him at Hunneman Hall while you can!
6:30-7:15pm – RD KingBoston-based composer and acoustic guitar virtuoso, R.D. King is coming to Hunneman Hall! King’s audiences describe his music as passionate, powerful, deeply memorable, and extraordinary. King draws inspiration from literature, philosophy, psychology, and meditation. He has been influenced by travel to diverse locales including Qatar, Greece, England, and the South Pacific. A graduate of Ithaca College School of Music, King performs at venues in New England and beyond.
7:30-8:15pm – TRYVirtuoso slide guitarist Niles Elliot and Dylan Edmunds met and began collaborating in college at Berklee College of Music with Dylan’s brother, Conner, arriving at Berklee and joining the collaboration. The three of them began writing and rehearsing in search of a sound they could call their own. With specialties in slide guitar, sound design, midi programming, and pop production, TRY’s style is maturing into a hybrid indie rock and electronica. After a year of writing, rehearsing, and recording TRY is performing around Boston & New York. Come to Hunneman Hall to hear this young band deliver a fresh sound!
Saturday, June 11
1:30-2:15pm – Tracy ClarkTracy Clark’s admirers include Ron Della Chiesa, “wonderful sound” and Bo Winiker, “great sense of rhythm and delivery…with pitch that is spot on”. Dream Farm Radio’s Julie Lavender, “Tracy’s voice is as warm as a pot bellied stove on a frosty winter’s night.” Regularly appearing at Scullers Jazz Club and Thelonious Monkfish with the Tracy Clark Trio, a band of accomplished musicians/Berklee faculty.
2:30-3:15pm – Usually SevenBased at Music Makers Studio on Corey Hill, Usually Seven plays jazz standards and rarities from Duke Ellington to Herbie Hancock, Antonio Carlos Jobim to Bob Mintzer.

3:30-4:15pm – Prateek PoddarPrateek Poddar is a singer-songwriter from Weston, Massachusetts who mixes country, blues, and folk to create his own sound.
