Brookline’s Poet Laureate, Zvi A Sesling, will present poets reading works in their original languages followed by the English translation.

Random House Unabridged Dictionary (2006) defines poetry as “the art of rhythmical composition, written or spoken, for exciting pleasure by beautiful imaginative or elevated thoughts”.  Come by to listen to some beautiful works and see if the translation meets the definition.
